Ben and I grew up with bikes as a big part of our lives. From a young age, we were always riding — whether it was push bikes around the neighbourhood or dirt bikes wherever we could find space. When something broke, we didn’t just replace it, we pulled it apart and learned how it worked.

As we got older, that curiosity turned into rebuilding our own engines, fixing what others would throw away, and constantly improving our skills. Bikes weren’t just a hobby for us — they were how we learned problem-solving, patience, and the value of doing things properly.

That lifelong passion for riding and mechanical work is what led us to build this business together. What started as two mates riding and wrenching on bikes has grown into a partnership built on experience, trust, and a genuine love for everything on two wheels.

As time went on, our love for bikes evolved with us. These days, Ben and I are just as passionate as ever, now riding e-bikes around the neighbourhood and taking them further afield on longer trips and adventures. What started on push bikes and dirt bikes has grown into exploring new places, covering more ground, and enjoying the freedom that riding has always given us.

Riding together is still at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a quick ride close to home or travelling further to explore somewhere new, it keeps us connected to why we started in the first place. Every ride inspires new ideas, better ways to work, and a deeper understanding of the bikes we service every day.

As for how it’s going — it’s going really well. The business has grown steadily, we’re doing work we’re proud of, and we’re building strong relationships with customers who trust us. Turning a lifelong passion into a soon successful business with one of my closest mates has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re excited about where it’s heading next.

One moment we’ll never forget was heading out on our e-bikes for a long ride, well past the usual neighbourhood loops and into places we hadn’t explored before. No rush, no plan — just riding and enjoying it. We stopped for a break, looked back at how far we’d gone, and it really put things into perspective.

Growing up, bikes were always a big part of our lives. We rode push bikes and dirt bikes everywhere we could, pulled engines apart just to learn how they worked, and spent weekends watching supercross, weather it was on Tv or live. Bikes were what we talked about, worked on, and looked forward to every day.

Now we’re still doing the same thing — riding together — but as business partners. We put as much time and effort as we can into this business, always looking for ways to improve, grow, and make it bigger and better. It doesn’t feel like work because it’s built on something we’ve loved since we young kids.

That ride reminded us why we do what we do. Bikes have always been at the centre of our journey, and that passion is what drives us forward every day.
