Our Basic Service is ideal for quick maintenance, minor repairs, and everyday wear-and-tear items. It’s perfect if your bike just needs attention in specific areas without a full service package.

Basic Service Pricing:
$0 – $100 (depending on work required)

Tyre pressure checks
Minor electrical checks
Bolt and fastener tightening
Safety check and inspection

Basic services are priced based on the job and time required. We’ll always let you know the cost before starting any work.

THE BRONZE SERVICE PACK — $140 (inc. labour)

Routine safety and performance service – Recommended every 3–6 months

Service Inclusions:

  • Full bike safety inspection

  • Brake system check & adjustment

  • Gear system check & adjustment

  • Chain lubrication

  • Tyre pressure check & wheel inspection

  • Battery mount and connection inspection

  • Fasteners torque check (tightening if required)

  • Basic electronic and firmware status check (where applicable)

SILVER SERVICE PACK — $200 (inc. labour)

Comprehensive mid-level service for improved performance

Includes all Bronze Service Items PLUS:

  • Drivechain removal and deep cleaning

  • Brake rotor cleaning and alignment check

  • Motor system inspection (mounts, noise, drag)

  • Headset and bottom bracket inspection and lubrication

  • Electrical connector inspection and cleaning

  • Tyre tread and puncture protection assessment

  • Full bike pressure wash and detail

GOLD SERVICE PACK — $220 (inc. labour)

Premium overhaul service for maximum performance and reliability

Includes all Silver Service Items PLUS:

Full Brake Service

  • Hydraulic brake bleed OR full cable system replacement
  • Caliper alignment and lever adjustment

Drivetrain Overhaul

  • Chain wear analysis and replacement if required*
  • Cassette removal, deep clean,
  • Derailleur hanger alignment for accurate shifting

Structural & Wheel Performance

  • Spoke tension balancing
  • Headset & bottom bracket preload correction


Finishing & Protection

  • Full professional clean and polish
  • Anti-corrosion protection to exposed components
  • Cable routing inspection and tidy
