Terms of Service

By engaging with Rosswil Mechanical Services, customers agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

2. Quotes: Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Additional work not included in the original quote may incur extra charges.

3. Liability: Rosswil Mechanical Services is not responsible for pre‑existing damage or issues that were not visible or disclosed during assessment.

4. Cancellations: Appointment cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Use of Parts: We use quality parts from trusted suppliers. Warranty for parts follows manufacturer guidelines.

6. Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for our technicians.

7. Privacy: Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for service-related communication.
